Branzino in Acqua Pazza A fillet of European sea bass braised in “crazy water” of grappa, roasted tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms and cavolo nero.
Risotto alla Primavera Vera We like to call this “real” primavera because it highlights vegetables available only this time of year. Ramp pesto, English peas, asparagus, baby artichokes and shiitake mushrooms.
