Cacciucco Livornese A Tuscan fish stew featuring both fin and shellfish in a tomato broth.


Branzino con Patate e Carciofi European sea bass roasted alongside potatoes and artichokes.
Pesce Spada con Lenticchie A grilled swordfish steak with a green peppercorn beurre blanc served over green French lentils.
Salmone al Salmoriglio Marinated arctic char in a traditional Sicilian sauce featuring thyme, lemon and mustard.
