Vigilia di Natale – Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes
This five-course tasting menu actually consists of ten seafood dishes, served in three or four tapas-style portions to the plate and includes a glass of Prosecco. We will also have a limited a la carte menu available.
Prix Fixe, $75
Insalata Invernale A winter salad featuring fennel, blood oranges, green apples and pomegranate pips. Served with citrus champagne vinaigrette and a glass of prosecco. Cin-cin!
Arancino di Granchio Fried rice balls prepared with crab, served with wasabi aioli. Gambero alla Griglia Grilled jumbo shrimp with fresh lemon. Capesanta alla Veneziana Pan-seared sea scallop with lemon and garlic over arugula. Sopressata di Polpo A “salami” made from octopus, sliced paper-thin and served with a tangy olive tapenade.
Ravioli d’Aragosta Jumbo lobster ravioli served in a Marsala-tomato cream sauce. Risotto ai Gamberetti A spicy tomato risotto prepared with lobster broth and topped with baby shrimp. Cacciucco Livornese A Tuscan fish stew featuring both fin and shellfish in a tomato broth.
Branzino con Patate e Carciofi European sea bass roasted alongside potatoes and artichokes. Pesce Spada con Lenticchie A grilled swordfish steak with a green peppercorn beurre blanc served over green French lentils. Salmone al Salmoriglio Marinated arctic char in a traditional Sicilian sauce featuring thyme, lemon and mustard.
Quartetto Natilizio Four holiday desserts: torrone, panforte, tricolore (rainbow cookies), and struffoli (honey-coated fritters).
