This six-course tasting menu actually consists of fifteen seafood dishes, served in three or four tapas-style portions to the plate. Sorry, Our a la carte menu will not be available this evening.

Arancini d’Aragosta Fried rice balls prepared with lobster, served with wasabi aioli. Crostino di Granchio e Menta Garlic toast topped with tangy crabmeat and mint. Cozze al Forno Oven-roasted PEI mussels topped with breadcrumb gratin. Sopressata di Polpo A “salami” made from octopus, sliced paper-thin and served with a tangy olive tapenade.
Calamari alla Manfredi A warm salad of steamed calamari atop a bed of arugula with citrus vinaigrette.
Ravioli d’Aragosta Jumbo lobster ravioli served in a Marsala-tomato cream sauce. Risotto ai Gamberetti A spicy tomato risotto prepared with lobster broth and topped with baby shrimp. Cacciucco Livornese A Tuscan fish stew featuring both fin and shellfish in a tomato broth.
Branzino con Patate e Carciofi European sea bass roasted alongside potatoes and artichokes. Pesce Spada con Lenticchie A grilled swordfish steak with a green peppercorn beurre blanc served over green French lentils. Salmerino Alpino al Salmoriglio Marinated arctic char in a traditional Sicilian sauce featuring thyme, lemon and mustard.
Quartetto Natilizio Four holiday desserts: torrone, panforte, tricolore (rainbow cookies), and struffoli (honey-coated fritters).
