Risotto all’Anatra e Funghi A red-wine risotto with duck leg confit and roasted shiitake mushrooms.
Ravioli alla Barbabietola House-made ravioli stuffed with thyme- and bay-scented roasted beets and gorgonzola cheese in a poppy seed butter sauce.
Lasagne al Cinghiale Layers of house-made pasta enveloped in a wild boar ragu, bechamel, and Parmigiano.
Costola di Agnello alle Erbe A six-rib lamb rack rubbed with herbed Parmigiano and grilled to order. Red wine-pomegranate reduction and garlic mashed potatoes
Pesce in Acqua Pazza A fillet of red snapper braised in “crazy water” of grappa, roasted tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms and cavolo nero.
Polpettone Tuscan meatloaf, braised in Chianti wine and served with a shiitake-tomato sauce over garlic mashed potatoes.
